V0.6.077 - Bug fixes and minor improvements


Hello everyone and thank you for playing!

This is the first update to Samurai Slaughter House. After watching YouTubers and streamers play, I was quickly able to spot several issues that I hadn't noticed while playing myself. This is the first round of changes.

Until I  have an in-game updater, I plan on releasing a new build every Friday unless some circumstances require me to release a build soon or delay a release.

Without further adieu, here are the patch notes:

- Made updates to scene change system to prevent bug that causes player body to float around (further testing needed to 100% confirm bug has been eliminated)

 - Increased grip strength on pole weapon

 - Changed collision detection type in house to prevent throwing stars from going through walls

 - Added weapons near entrances of zones, in case player did not store any weapons before leaving previous zone (I'll soon be updating zone changes so that if the player is carrying a weapon when the scene changes, it will be stored.)

 - Changed 3rd person spectator cam behavior to follow the player(similar to flat games). Camera behavior can changed manually by pressing C on the keyboard (better in-VR camera control menu coming soon).

 - Reduced attack power of most plantie yokai (queen plantie is the only plantie enemy that still has an attack of 10)

 - Kappa Yokai combat behavior updated to ensure he is proper distance from the player and other enemies when trying to attack.

 - Adjusted LOD range on bamboo to increase performance in the bamboo forest zone (additional optimizations for bamboo and bamboo forest zone are planned)

 - Small amount of additional enemy spawning added to kappa marsh area

 - Increased damage taken by plant yokai from stab attacks
